Public Affairs Network

 

The primary purpose of the public affairs network is to provide a forum for updates within the sector and to develop opportunities for co-operation and collaboration in working with government and Parliament. It is hoped that this network will enable us to identify any gaps and potential for facilitation, partnerships or leadership from the Science Council, with the aim of maximising our preparedness and enabling us to focus our activities. 

The intention of the group will be to position the Science Council within a wider public affairs network and to develop more practical training opportunities in this area. The network is for those with an interest and aims to be of value within member organisations that cover public affairs and at all levels.
