Policy portal
Collection of papers on important science policy issues in areas of significant consensus across national and international science communities.
The public is often unaware of the national and international organisations that review policy issues in this way, and it can be difficult to find this information through online searches because of different uses of language or the obscurity of organisational name and acronyms.
The subjects covered in the policy portal reflect both the breadth and interest of the Science Council and the multi-disciplinarity of science in today's world. The links are sourced through our member bodies, partner organisations and national and international academies. We have included further information on the issues we consider are accessible to the general public and we welcome contact from those who have produced similar statements and information so that we can add to the portal.
